UUCC at Great American River Cleanup 9-21-13At UUCC, we practice shared ministry. To “minister” means to serve; we all serve in whatever ways we find useful and fulfilling. One of the gifts of belonging to a religious community is the opportunity to discover one’s gifts. What is it you are called to do?

Serving the World

Ultimately, our church is about changing the world for the better. We begin with ourselves but do not stop there. We are here to serve others and to create the Beloved Community, a world in which all beings are treated with compassion and fairness and our choices are guided by love for one another. Our justice-making efforts are coordinated by our Faith in Action Team. See our Faith in Action page for details.
